Since buying my home two years ago, it's been a labor of love, turning it into a warm and inviting haven of rest. No matter how far my feet may roam, nothing feels better than coming home.

I think your home is beautiful. I get discouraged with mine at times because it seems like everytime I get one thing finished something else breaks. Then on yesterday, I went to visit a little couple that is selling their home because of financial reasons and when I saw their home it broke my heart. How could I not be happy with my little cottage? Even with all of it's problems. After I saw what they were living in, it made me realized how blessed I really am. It really opened my eyes. What you said is right. There is nothing better than coming home.
I have decided just recently to stop dreaming about the old house that I want to fix up and start treating the not-so-old home God gave me like it's the old one "in my head".
