A Needle and Thread

I've been wanting to incorporate a vibrant orange into my living room for awhile now, so I gave up on finding the perfect throw pillows and am going with a light-weight afghan instead. Crocheting costs such little money, but it brings such therapeutic joy at the end of my day. If I find the perfect pillows, I'll buy them. But in the meantime, I'm enjoying Plan B.

  1. I LOVE orange too. I have lots of orange in my house. I love the shade you have chosen. I think you'll find it an easy color to live with. An orange afghan will be beautiful!! You'll have to share a photo when you've completed it.

  4. I want to be more artistic with things like knitting, crochet, and needlework. I'm just so butterfingered. I used to crochet. I just made granny squares. The only afgan I ever made was a big huge granny square that wouldn't end.

Love yours. I'm such an orange gal, you know.
